What is the cancellation policy?

Studio Analytix Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure fair scheduling and protect reserved studio time, the following policy applies to all bookings at Studio Analytix:
72+ Hours Before Booking:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.Within 72 Hours of Booking:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.Rescheduling Option:
Clients who cancel within the 72-hour window may reschedule their booking for a future date and time, subject to availability. We will work with you to find a suitable new time.No-Shows:
Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking with no refund or reschedule.
By booking with Studio Analytix, you agree to this cancellation and refund policy.

Is smoking allowed?

Recreational smoking is strictly prohibited per Satterwhite Business Parks rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate booking termination, a $250 fine, and no refunds.
Do you accept walk-ins?

No, we currently operate by appointment only. To inquire about a session or tour on the same day, contact the owner, Kade at Analytixstudios@gmail.com or 470-705-5522. Same day bookings are welcome if available.
